    Final round shotgun start - 1 1/2 hours after last card is turned in from round 1.

    All Amateur payouts will be emailed within 48 hours after the event has finished, and will be issued by 1010discs.com.

About this tournament

This charity tournament is for our local Baton Rouge Disc Golf Association which is a local non-profit organization with 501c3 status.
The 2025 charitable contribution will directly fund upcoming South Park improvement projects, creating lasting value for the entire community.

The BRDGA has played a vital role in expanding disc golf locally through innovative course design, ongoing maintenance support, and player education that emphasizes both rules and sportsmanship.

Tournament Schedule:

7:15am - 8:00am Players check in - (Please sign in at Tournament Central)
8:10am - 8:20am Player Meeting, Announcements & Gratitude
8:30am - Round 1 Begins (Shotgun start).
Lunch provided by the Whiskey Discs.
Round 2 will begin roughly 1.5 hours after the final card is submitted for round 1.

Amateur payouts will be run through 1010discs.com. Payouts will follow the PDGA guidelines for XC-tier events. We will aim to optimize both player payouts and charity donation. All payouts will be emailed up to 48 hours after the event has concluded.

Refund policy

The refund policy follows that of the PDGA competition manual. The $10 handling fee will be applied to all who withdraw.

If there is not someone on the waitlist to replace the withdrawn player at the time of the withdraw request, a 50% refund will be given.

If there is not someone on the waitlist to replace the withdrawn player at the time of the withdraw request, a 25% refund will be given after 11/30 at 11:59 pm.

No refunds will be given after 12/11/2025 at 8 am.

Players who withdraw from the waitlist before being added to the event will receive a full refund. Once added to the event, the refund policy above applies.


The Whiskey Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
