10th Annual Shenango Valley Disc Golf Open - sponsored by Dynamic Discs (GDG $5K/$10K event)

Welcome to our 10th Annual Event!
This event was first started back in 2013 and was originally held at Pymatuning Disc Golf Course. The idea was to hopefully spawn the growth of the sport in the actual Shenango Valley and this was the closest course for us to utilize.
Within the years following we have seen the development of the 2 Courses that we now come to play. Buhl Park DGC and The Pines DGC!

We will be continuing the same format as last year with Scheduled Tee Times and a Flex Start Format. This means players will play 1 Course per Day with a total of 2 Rounds. This will also give an opportunity for larger fields and no wait lists!!!
EVERYONE PLAYS!

Tee Times will start at 9:00am Each day with Cards teeing in increments of 10 minutes. I will have a more detailed list as we get closer to the event.

Tournament T-Shirt, Tournament Towel, Tournament Stamped Dynamic Disc, plus more TBA

On and over all paved surfaces with the Exception of a Few

#1C - Road to Left and Surrounding Basket
#2A - Road to Left and Behind Basket
#3B - Road to Left of Fairway
#4B - Hazen Road to left of Fairway.
#5A - Road in front of Blue Tee is OB, you must clear the road. DZ for Blue Tee is Red Tee. Gazebo and Path are OB.
#6 - Road to Left the whole way down. Marylynns loop is OB if you land ON. (Road crossing Fairway before Tees)
#7A EVERYONE PLAYS RED TEE - Road behind Basket is OB
#8 - NO OB
#9A - Road to Left of Fairway is OB
#10B - Road to Right of Fairway is OB, Fitness Path behind basket is OB (On or Over)
#11B - Blue and White Tees must clear Fitness Path to be Inbounds from Tee. Fitness Path to the Right is OB if you land ON or Over the Path. Parking Lot is OB.
#12 - Road to Left of Fairway - Fitness Path to Right of Fairway - On or Over.
#13A - Fitness Path to Right of Fairway - On or Over
#14C - Mandatory for Blue and White Tees on Left directing Right (Mandatory Sign near White Tee). - Road to Left of Fairway. Path to Right of Fairway. Tee Sign "Taco" OB is no longer in Play.
#15A - Ball Field is OB
#16C - Road to Left of Basket is OB
#17C - Road to Left of Fairway - Path on Right of Fairway - Road behind Basket - On or Over.
#18C - Road behind basket and to Left of Fairway - Lake Julia OB


Out of Bounds The Pines DGC

#1 - Road to Left of fairway On or Over is Out of Bounds.
Roped Creek near basket is a Hazard with No Penalty. However you must play from the Drop Zone any time you are completely in the Roped Hazard area. This Hazard Creek area extends from the road down through the landing area. Drop Zone is Marked.
#2 - No OB
#3 - Road behind basket and Parking Lot to right of basket.
#4 - No OB
#5 - No OB
#6 - Over or Under Fence behind basket is OB
#7 - Road to left of Basket is OB
#8 - Over or Under Fence behind basket is OB
#9 - Parking Lot is OB (really a tough one to get to)
#10 - No OB
#11 - OB is Road behind basket
#12 - No OB
#13 - Soccer Field is OB
#14 - Paved Road is OB On or Over. Designated OB Marking for the Back Side of Basket Area. #15 Tee Area is OB.
#15 - Tall Grass to Left and Surrounding Basket as well as Defined area near basket, OB. Roads, pavilions, and Restrooms are OB. (Grille areas are not OB)
#16 - Roped area along creek behind basket, OB. DZ is behind basket and marked.
#17 - No OB
#18 - Road to Left and Behind Basket is OB
