Hi everyone,
I am very excited for Sunday and the kick off of the Waxhaw Trilogy Challenge. Here is your tournament info:

RULES: Just to remind you, the rules of the tournament are that you will play 1 round (18 holes) using only the 3 discs from the Players Pack that you will receive when you show up. If time is allowed (tee off before 4:15pm), you can play a 2nd round of 18 to try and improve on your score.

PARKING: Follow directions to Waxhaw Elementary School and take the far left driveway to the back of the school. Keep going past the bus lot and down the gravel road to the back of the ball fields. Tournament central will be in the covered concessions area in between all 4 ball fields.

OPTIONAL MULLIGANS,ACE POOLS and MORE: These items are optional. I will have mulligans for sale (it's a course fundraiser) $3 for 1 or $5 for 2. The MAX you can use is 2 mulligans a round. Also, I will be doing an ACE POOL which is $2. Anyone who hits an ACE splits the pot. There will also be CTPs out on the course along with a Longest Drive and Putting contest. You can get into those contests for $3. So for $10 you can get everything: CTP, Longest Drive, Ace Pool and 2 mulligans. What a deal!

TIME: Noon-4pm- check in and hit the course for your round(s). 4:15pm will be the last tee time of the tournament, so no more rounds after that. 5:30pm we should know the winners of the day for Mens, Ladies and Kids. I will keep a leader board so you can see if you are in the running or not for winning a division or Longest Drive, CTPs and Putting Challenges. If you can't hang around until 5:30pm for awards, no worries. I can meet up with you another time to give you your prize.

FOOD: PTO will have hotdog lunches from Noon-4pm so come hungry. I think it is $5 for the meal.

FUNDRAISING: The course needs benches, so our funds this year will go towards putting in some benches. I am hoping we can raise enough to at least put 1 bench for every 2-3 holes.
