Thanks so much for joining us for our fourth annual Ladies Summer Throwdown!

Hole assignments are now posted.

Check-in/schedule info:

You can check in anytime between 8:00-8:45 at the tent by Hole 10. Check in is required. We have some 3-cards and we need to know if someone doesn’t show so we can adjust cards. Around 8:45 we will have a players’ meeting and we will tee off at 9. Your hole assignments can be checked on the PDGA page and will be posted shortly after registration closes.

Please double check your hole assignment day-of in case they changed!

This event will be shotgun start with a 2 -minute warning and tee off promptly at 9am at your starting hole. Players who are late will be penalized par +4 for each hole missed per PDGA guidelines.

Upon completion of the first round, there will be a minimum 1-hour lunch break beginning when the last card is turned in. Second round starting holes and start time will be on the PDGA site in between rounds. Please be on time to the second round-players who are late will be penalized par +4 for each hole missed per PDGA guidelines.

Lunch will be provided if you would like: pulled pork and baked beans. We will also do the raffle drawings during lunch. You do not have to be present to win.

Weather:

The weather looks amazing! Should there suddenly be any lightning, you will hear 3 long car horn blasts signaling play must pause. At that point, you will need to mark your lie in some way and leave the course until play resumes. Any changes will be communicated via email and the event page on Disc golf scene.

Scoring/submitting scores:

ALL players are required to keep score. One must be kept on PDGA and the others can be kept on PDGA, UDisc, or paper. Use the app or the website: pdga.com/score and the code is LST4. After each round and before your group splits up or leaves the park, be sure that your scores have been submitted.

Payouts:

Payout for AMs will be through Bang a chain. Payout can either be redeemed after the 2nd round at their shop at 145 Burt Rd. ST 11, Lexington or a gift card will be emailed to you to redeem at any time online at bangachain.com or in store. If you don’t already have an account, please create one on bangachain.com

Any first place ties will require a playoff to break the tie. Playoff holes will be holes 10, 11, 12, and 9 until there is a winner.

CTPs will be paid out in plastic and will be used for both rounds. Everyone is eligible for the CTPs.

FA1: Hole 2

FA3: Hole 12

FA4: Hole 1

FPO: only one - see me

FA40: only one - see me



There will also be some All field CTPs



Course notes:

We will be playing all of the orange baskets on the 20 hole layout. All baskets are in the short except for holes 11, 13, and 16. We will have course closed signs, but there could still be casuals that jump in. If you have a group asking to play through, inform them there is a tournament going on and they will not be able to.
