General: Teams will be randomly split into 2 divisions of 6 teams. Your team will play the other 5 teams in your division through Saturday and Sunday morning. The top 2 teams from each division advance to the final 4. Scoring: scoring is match play. Your mpo player will play match play against the other teams mpo player and so on and so forth. Each individual player match is worth 1 point (a win is1,a tie is worth .5, a loss is 0). So with 9 players per team you need 5 team points to win a match against the other team you are playing, 4.5 points gets your team a tie for the round and anything 4 or less results in a loss. It’s a little hard to explain, if you join the “volunteer cup team challenge” Facebook group and go back and look at some of the old scoreboards it may make a little more sense.
