Morning Folks!

We're excited for the weekend and I wanted to give everyone a quick update. The event is currently at capacity with a pretty hefty waitlist still on the outside, looking in. If you can't make it this weekend, please let me know ASAP so we have an opportunity to fill your spot with folks who are eager to participate.

We'll be sending our player's guide out alongside an email detailing our Sunday schedule later this evening (or early tomorrow morning, long drive for me today). If you have any questions in the interim, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email redacted]

Evening Ontario Disc Golfers,

I just wanted to send everyone a quick email reminder with just the basics for tomorrow:

- We will hold our player's meeting at 8:30 am tomorrow morning in the restaurant, followed closely by our first round.

- The restaurant and bathrooms will be open serving coffee, hot chocolate, beverages and food.

- Every team goes through TWO separate ghost holes through each round, both when you pass by the washrooms/restaurant.

- We are holding a FOOD DRIVE alongside the event. Please bring at least one canned or dry food item to earn your team a mulligan during round 1. These aren't mandatory, but it's a great time of year to help out those less fortunate in our communities.

- The majority of our teeing surfaces are natural... with slightly warmer temperatures expected tomorrow, make sure you wear adequate footwear and layer-up to stay comfortable throughout the day.

- Charge your phones, we'll be live scoring using the UDisc event all day!

We'll see everyone tomorrow! Shoot me an email or text message up until midnight tonight if you have any last minute questions you'd like answered.

Thank you for the overwhelming interest folks!

We will remove division caps this upcoming Saturday afternoon and re-allocate any remaining spots to those at the top of the waitlist. In addition, we may add a final ghost hole for folks to warm-up inside the clubhouse, take a restroom break or simply grab a quick snack/drink. The front 9 at the course should be available to practice on or before November 30th; we'll share exact details and layouts shortly.
