We are monitoring the weather and we are sadly going to be in sprinkle at minimum the rest of the day. There is no lightning that we have seen heard or have been detected on the radar which is the only thing we can use to cause a delay.
A delay at this point would prolong the struggle.
We do have fires here under the pavilion. Have lunch warm up and stay consistent out there.

Not a meteorologist or TD, but this is what the forecast says: There is a big chunk of storms arriving in the early afternoon and lasting for a couple of hours. The chance of lightning and thunder is associated with the cold front that should arrive around 1 pm, so it is unlikely that there will be a serious risk lightining all day. We can expect a chill morning with wind and drizzle, followed by a big storm in the mid-afternoon that could cause delays, then it should chill out by the late afternoon.

Unfortunately Texas Weather is unpredictable so we will not know until it happens, that being said Flat Creek has plenty of shelter space if we do have a weather delay as well as Jacob and I are prepared via air horn and pdga live alerts to alert players when to get off the course, player safety is our priority. I do think we will at minimum be able to complete 1 round and ideally both.

It's in Marble Falls past Lago Vista. Registration will close on Friday night but I expect registration to fill up by Tuesday. Last year, it filled up the Monday before the event so register tomorrow if you plan to play!
