Waitlist Players,

First of all, let me thank you for your interest in the tournament! I am writing to you today to let you know how I will manage those remaining on the waitlist for this year's event. If we had enough daylight and parking I would love nothing more than to include everyone.

In order to allow each of you plenty of time to plan ahead, I will make final adjustments to the registration on Monday afternoon.

On Monday I will move the top 12 players on the waitlist into the event. This means that if people drop between now and tomorrow, you could move up the list into the top 12. I believe the additional 12 would be the absolute most people we can accommodate on the course, however parking will be pushed almost past capacity. If you are not able to make it, please let me know asap, so I can make your spot available to someone who can.

Once this takes place, no additional players will be added. If players drop during this week, and I am sure some will, that will get me back down, closer to the original 100 people I have planned for.

Once again, if you know you are not able to make it, please go ahead and let me know now, so I can remove you prior to the cut.
