Tournament Central & Check In: I'm shooting to arrive around 7:45AM. Located at my white Ford Expedition near the parking lot by Holes 1 & 18. Players must check in before they start their round on Saturday. Pick up your players pack, get in the Ace/CTP Fund (if you haven't already), tell me how much you miss me, etc.

I will post Hole Assignments around 5PM today, Friday 4/26.

Lunch Break: We will have a minimum of 1 hour lunch break. The Round 2 Tee Time will be 1 hour after the last group finishes Round 1. Check the PDGA Event Page above for Round 2 Tee Time and Hole Assignments. I highly recommend making your lunch plans in advance so when Round 1 is finished, you're good to go,

Players Meeting: This is your players meeting. All of the course info is located here in this email. We will have a brief introduction meeting and brief Q & A at 9:15am to explain our goals for this event.

Course Map: Maps are on UDisc.

Course Legend: The only Out of Bound areas (OBs) on the course are as follows: All Roads, All Parking Lots and Over Fences on Hole 6. 2-Meter Rule is NOT in effect.

Digital Scoring: Visit www.pdga.com/score - Password: DBH
All players must keep score. We will be utilizing PDGA digital scoring but it's not mandatory, so UDisc or paper scorecard can also be used, but then those scores must be reconciled by those players using PDGA digital scoring.

Format: (2) Rounds of 18 Holes. First Round Tee Time is 9:30am. Groups will consist of 3-4 players.

Am Players Packs
- Event Disc - (Glow Gateway Magic)
- Event Shirt - Players that registered after 4/22 will receive a $10 online voucher for Sun King Discs in lieu of the Event Shirt. This will be emailed after the event.

Event Fundraiser Discs
We will have a couple of extra discs leftover for purchase. The profits go to Capt. Mike Tracy!

Tee Assignments:Blue Tees - MPO/MA40/MA50/MA60/MA2
Red Tees - All Other Divisions

Drinks: There will be public drinking water jugs supplied at tournament central. 

New Tournament Players: For those of you new to playing PDGA sanctioned events, please peruse through the PDGA Rules and especially read through these particular rules below.
PDGA Rules: This event is sanctioned and will be using all PDGA Rules. Here are a couple of rules to consider to speed up play:

CTP Prizes: Closest to the Pin prizes will be put out during the 2nd Round on Saturday
Awards: A very basic and brief awards ceremony, per division, will take place after the event is complete.

Prize Payout: The top 40% of Pros and top 45% of Amateur Players will be eligible for Prize Payout which will be emailed after Round 2 has started.
