Hello!
Thanks for participating in Sun King/Millennium presents Independence Day Clash VII!
This email is going to include lots of pertinent information so make sure you read through everything.
Social Distancing: This pretty much goes without saying. Wherever you are on the property, please refrain from getting to close to other players and do not touch or handle anyone else's property or discs. A facemask is REQUIRED in the shop per Pasco County ordinance. Limit 6 people in the shop at once.
If you are feeling sick or have symptoms associated with COVID-19, please do not come! We reserve the right to ask someone to leave the property if we feel they might be sick.
Format: 1 Round of 18 Holes - Flex Start: Players can tee off at anytime between 8am-11:30am. Groups must have at least 3 players and no more than 4 players.
Course Rules: A legend will be available on the back of the paper scorecard. Please read it, especially regarding the new mandos on Holes 9 & 16.
Course Maps: Available on UDisc app
Course Assignments:

Check-In/Players Pack: Players must check in before they play their round. Check-In will be hosted outside in front of the Sun King Pro Shop. Amateur competitors will receive a Millennium Disc, an Event T-Shirt and a Sun King sticker in their Players Pack. Special Event discs can be purchased at a discount.
Food/Drinks: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, there will be not be any public drinking water supplied on the course. The Sun King Pro Shop has a wide assortment of snacks and cold beverages (Snapple, Gatorade, Arizona Teas, Mountain Dew & Bottled Water) available at very fair pricing. For breakfast and lunch the Denton Deli will be open and so will Frank's Restaurant (Denton and US 19).
Weather: There is a fairly high chance of some thunderstorms in the morning so please be prepared to play in rainy conditions. Should lightning start to strike during play, listen for a single air horn blast pausing the round. Players must stop playing immediately and leave their discs at their lie.
Awards: A very basic and brief awards ceremony will take place after the tournament is complete. If the Ace Fund is not hit during the round, we will do a drawing for the prize money.
Added Cash/Payout: Added Cash to Pro Purse: $150, Last Cash Spot in Pros Will Be Minimum of Net Entry Fee, 45% Payout in All Divisions
19th Hole/Pool: After the tourney, feel free to hang out at the 19th Hole! BYOB&B (beer and bathing suits and towels). Again, with COVID-19 in play, we will be asking everyone that wants to hang out to use common sense social distancing. Bring your own camping chairs! If you plan on taking a dip in the pool, only one related group at a time is allowed. We have CANCELLED all cooking/grilling.
Thanks,
