Social Distancing: This pretty much goes without saying. Wherever you are participating at the event please refrain from getting too close to other players and do not touch or handle anyone else's property or discs.

COVID 19: If you are feeling sick or have symptoms associated with COVID-19, please do not come! We reserve the right to ask someone to leave the property if we feel they might be sick. 
Player Check-In/Sign the Waiver: Check-In starts at 7:30am. All players must check in at their starting course before the start of Round 1 and sign the waiver required by the county. At this time players can opt in for the Ace Fund ($5) or the CTP Fund ($5). In addition, Ams can pick up their Player's Pack ($20 Sun King Sand Dollars voucher). B POOL players will pick up their voucher when they arrive for the 2nd Round at F. Burton.

Players Meeting: There is no players meeting, we will have course info in this email and also available with the scorecard available for Round 1. Once you are checked in get ready to head to your hole and play.

CTPs: All CTPs will be based on division and will be at F. Burton Smith Park
Food/Drinks: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, there will not be any public drinking water supplied on the courses. It is highly encouraged to be well prepared and stocked with water and other hydrating fluids. The Sun King Mobile Pro Shop will have a wide assortment of snacks and cold beverages (Snapple, Gatorade, Arizona Teas, Mountain Dew & Bottled Water) at F.Burton.

Lunch Break: Unless we encounter some unusual circumstances, we plan on providing players 90-115 minutes for lunch and travel to the other course. We will text everyone the Tee Times for the next round when they are available.
Weather: There is a fairly high chance of some rain so please be prepared to play in rainy conditions. Should lightning start to strike during play, listen for a single air horn blast pausing the round. Players must stop playing immediately and leave their discs at their lie. Please note that if bad weather persits the chance of only playing 1 Round does exist.

Awards: A very basic and brief awards ceremony will take place after the tournament is complete. If the Ace Fund is not hit during the tournament, we will do a drawing for the prize money. This will be done after the event and a video of the drawing will be posted with the winners being sent payment electronically.

Added Cash/Payout: Added Cash to Pro Purse: $150, Last Cash Spot in Pros Will Be Minimum of Net Entry Fee, 45% Payout in All Divisions. Am Players who leave before the event will have their payout emailed to them via online voucher. All Pro payout will be sent via PayPal. A Pool Players can come back to F. Burton if they want to cash out their vouchers, but it is highly recommended to text Mike Barnett to make sure the schedule would permit.
