Players Meeting For Star Frame Showdown @ Rocky Ford and Runaway Rocks

Upon Arrival, please park in the field to the left side of the drive. Do not for any reason park on the right side of the road or anywhere other than the designated parking. This course crosses the road several times, and we want to keep everyone’s car as safe and out of the way as possible.
Check In will be under the shed located across the street from the parking lot. Check in will run from 7:30-8:30am, please arrive on time or message me @ 336-380-3138 with name and division if you are planning to arrive no later than 8:50 and we can handle player packs after the second round. Hole Assignments will be finalized no later than 8:40am with tee time following shortly at approximately 9am. We will be taking an hour and a half lunch break for this event to allow everyone travel time to get lunch should they need it. Second Round Hole Assignments and Tee Time will be posted as quickly after the last card finishes round 1 as possible. Tee Time will also be posted to Facebook at Star Frane Discs as well as the Disc Golf Scene comments.
Players Pack will be 1 Disc of Choice from the Star Frame on-site inventory. The remaining funds will be given out as payout once the round is finished.
Awards for First Place will be mailed out after the event as this event filled fairly late and did not leave enough time to get proper awards made for each eligible division.
Course Rules - This course is on private property and we are very grateful for the opportunity to host events at this location. Please pack out any trash that you pack in and be respectful of the property at all times. All fences and enclosures are OB. If at any time your disc enters a fenced off area, please do not climb the fence to retrieve your own disc. Course Staff will be available after the round to retrieve any discs that have crossed a fence.
Scoring - We are going to attempt to use live scoring if cell service will allow. The access code is - sfd2022 and can be entered at pdga.com/score to begin keeping score for your card. I also ask that every card keep a backup scorecard on paper as well.
Water - Water will be available at Tournament Central Only. So please stop by before round 1 to grab a bottle or 2 for RD1 as you will not be close to TC at any time during RD1.
Course OB - Tee Signs have all OB clearly marked as well if you have any questions on wording. ALL Fences are OB. DO NOT CLIMB ANY FENCE TO RETRIEVE A DISC. COURSE STAFF WILL RETRIEVE THEM FOR YOU AFTER THE ROUND.

HOLE 7 – Simm’s Bridge Rd & Beyond OB, Incles Way surrounded OB.
HOLE 8 – White Fence & Beyond is OB (DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCE, DAVE WILL GET YOUR DISC AFTER THE ROUND)
HOLE 9 – Inside/On top of Garden is OB. Play where last inbounds. White Fence & Beyond is OB (DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCE, DAVE WILL GET YOUR DISC AFTER ROUND)
HOLE 10 – On top of Barn OB and Inside Fence OB, play where last inbounds.
HOLE 11 - Road (surrounded) is OB. Inside Fence OB, Strip of grass in front of the fence IS OB. DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCE.
HOLE 12 – MANDO, LEFT OF MANDO Road & Beyond OB.
