TD CALL: SNOW PLAY IN EFFECT
Ribbons allowed - encouraged to have at least a driver or two ribboned in case needed to help with pace of play.
If you have never done this before, recommend you set yourself up ahead of time. Tape does not like to adhere well in the cold or to cold discs.
Here is a basic video with some tips. Tuck tape is even better in the cold + wet:

OB RULES:
All water hazards will be OB as usual, including frozen or unfrozen ponds, creeks and rivers.
Normally golf greens and sand traps are also OB at Scarlett Woods. These will NOT be OB for this tournament.
The snow will be too deep to see the borders, and will also protect golf green surfaces. So to keep pace of play up only water will play OB.
Tournament Registration at www.scarwodgopen.com
Tournament staff were unable to resolve registration issues with PayPal to our satisfaction. We decided to create an independent website to manage registration, have more local control, and reduce your transaction fees.
More information and an intake form to register is available at the new website. You can also register by simply contacting TD Ezra Houser via email, phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. [email redacted] 647-402-7535
