For me, the issue seemed to be that each person you register needs to have a hole sponsorship selected during the early registration. So if you're registering two at once you'll need to select a sponsorship twice. As far as I can tell, there is no "regular registration" period defined yet. I'm sure it's planned to happen, but Disc Golf Scene does not show a date when it will be possible to register without sponsorship. This may or may not be your issue; hopefully it helps!
