The Courses are currently in the set up we will use. The Adams Hollow Layout is loaded in the Images with the Course Rules(Reminder Adams Hollow is closed tomorrow(Saturday) for an Womens Only Event):
I need to get the distances of all the pins locked up at Upper Badlands but the baskets are in place currently. Hole 12: MA1 and MA40 will play a long temp pad near the corner of the lake after you walk down from 11s basket, all other divisions will play the short Tee pad. Hole 17 all divisions will play the Long Hole 17 Pad just before the bridge near the pond. I will get a badlands rule sheet up as soon as I get the distances in.

Hello Everyone!

This is our final email prior to this weekend's event!

Course Notes:
Attached to this email is the course note details for both Upper Badlands and Adams Hollow.
All notes will be loaded to the Live Scoring scorecard as well for you to review.
Upper Badlands: We added a few things for clarification on Holes 2-4-7-8-10-11 so please review. Also Hole 9 pin was moved to the center placement (Same distance) for safety concerns with Hole 2 teepad being right behind it.
Also Please see Attached Image to clarify what OB on Hole 16 Upper Badlands. The sidewalk that is in front of the basket is safe until the Red Line which uses Sidewalk Lines and two flags to identify, at that point beyond is OB with the parallel sidewalks.

Pool A will be MA1, MA40 and MA50
Courses: Friday Adams Hollow, Saturday and Sunday Upper Badlands

Pool B will be FA1, FA40, MA60, MA70, MA2, FA2, MA3
Courses: Friday Upper Badlands, Saturday and Sunday Adams Hollow

Tee Times:
They are now posted HERE and then again Friday and Saturday Nights after the rounds are completed. Please note, I did my best to accommodate requests but with a field so large it is hard to get all requests in line and accurately. I apologize if I missed or was unable to meet your request.

Check In:
We ask that on day 1 you check in no less than 20 minutes before your scheduled tee time with the starter. After that please go to the check in area no less than 10 minutes before your tee time.
THERE WILL BE NO EARLY CHECK IN: One of our player pack items is arriving Thursday and we do not know what time.

PLAYER PACKS:
Player pack pick up will only happen at Adams Hollow: You can get your packs from the course before or after your rounds Friday/Saturday. After the Last card goes off each day we may shift our location to closer to the parking lot, otherwise you can find them near Hole 1 at Adams Hollow.

SCORING:
Scoring is going to be done on PDGA.Com/Score the code to get in is RMAC. 2 people from the group are required to keep score, one via the official method, the other via PDGA ideally, but paper, or Udisc is acceptable. The group can decide who keeps the PDGA and who keeps the other PDGA or Udisc. The Digital Scorecard is the OFFICIAL score card of the event. After you complete scoring make sure everyone’s score is confirmed prior to anyone leaving for the day. PLEASE NOTE: Being unprepared to keep score, or unwilling to keep score with other methods provided is not an acceptable excuse.

WATER:
We will work to have water set up on a central spot on the courses BUT we always ask that you come full and ready to go with water. It is going to be a warm weekend and we will keep up with things to the best of our ability. More is always ideal from a players perspective and we want everyone to be as prepared as can be!

National Amateur Disc Golf Tour:
We are an affiliate event with the NADGT and due to this we will be awarding qualifications to the 2023 NADGT National Championships in Austin Texas November 1st-4th.

Upper Badlands is prepped: a few notes that will go out in tonight’s email: Hole 4-7-8-11 OB on the right will be defined with white stakes, stake to stake OB. Hole 2 update is added OB to the marsh area on left of basket, painted and flagged. Hole 9 basket moved for safety concerns to center position, nearly same distance. Hole 11, the ditch has water, ditch and beyond OB, the OB line goes up to the sidewalk deep and is connected by flags then painted behind the basket to the first white stake
