✅ Thank you! - We appreciate all of the support. It was very rewarding to see the positive vibes throughout the whole event. I hope everyone had a swell time! We think it was a resounding success, and we plan on hosting more of these casual tournaments in the future. We will send out a survey this week. Also, please feel free to reply to this email with any comments, critiques, or compliments about your experience.
✅ Rivery Disc Golf Course - If you see anyone from the Georgetown Parks & Recreation Department, please tell them thank you for re-installing the basket on hole 14. I reached out to schedule another meeting about the course with Georgetown PaRD, and I will communicate the developments to you all.
✅ Prize Pick-Up - You can collect your winnings at Benbrook Ranch Park on Mondays (tonight included) from 4:30 - 5:30 PM. If this time doesn’t work for you, please connect with me.
✅ Performance Prizes - 35 discs were allotted for performance prizes. 28 discs for the RED division (40 players / 50 total competitors = 80% of the field) and 7 discs for the WHITE division (10 players / 50 competitors total = 20% of the field). We gave away prizes to the top 25% in each division.
✅ WHITE Division Prizes - Top 25% of 10 players = 3 players won (7 discs total)

3rd - Jerry Perez Sr -3 (2 discs)
✅ RED Division Prizes - Top 25% of 40 players = 10 players won (28 discs total)

✅ Grand Prizes - The winners of each division will receive a BP-2 V3 backpack (and discs).
✅ Tiebreaker - This was a flex start with a 7 hour timeframe, so it was not feasible for all players to be present at the conclusion of competition. Therefore, we utilized a scorecard playoff (as outlined in the pre-tournament email). This was a virtual playoff format, where scorecards were compared starting at hole 1. The first player to have a lower score on a hole won the tie. In the rare chance that all hole scores were exactly the same, the person who registered for the event first won the tie (This was not applicable.).
✅ CtPs - There were 5 CtPs, on holes 1, 2, 3, 17, and 18. The winners are listed below.
