2025 PWM OB Rules
1 - On or over stone wall on left (property line) is OB
2 - No OB
3 - No OB - Rock wall is relief area.
4 - Rock wall on left of fairway is relief area. On or over stone wall long of basket (property line) is OB
5 - In/Over ditch OB
A - In/Over ditch and culverts left side OB, extends to rock wall past basket.
B - Island tee area defined by ditch. Area outside ditch and short of flags is RELIEF AREA. If you fail to land past flags, play from where last in bounds on the island area with no penalty (see image in picture section).
C - No OB
D - No OB
E - On or over stone wall /property line on left is Ob, defined by rope. Casual Water.
F - Pond is casual, take lie at nearest dry point behind disc on line of play. OB left and long defined by stakes.
G - No OB
H - No OB
I - No OB
6 - No OB
7 - No OB
8 - Over string line running on right side of fairway is OB, area between marking whiskers and string line on hole 8’s side is relief area.
9 - Rock wall is relief area as defined by marking whiskers.
10 - Rock wall is relief area as defined by marking whiskers.
11 - No OB
12 - No OB
13 - Left side flags OB, ALL OB DRIVE PROCEED TO DROP ZONE. Normal OB on subsequent throws.
14 - Property line is OB on left side of fairway as defined by stakes
15 - Property line is OB on left side of fairway defined by string line, area between marking whiskers and string line on inbounds side is relief area.
16 - Property line is OB on left side of fairway as defined by string line, area between marking whiskers and string line on inbounds side is relief area.
17 - Over string line running on right side of fairway is OB, area between marking whiskers and string line on hole 17’s side is relief area.
18 - No OB
Any fairway water is a casual area.
806.04 RELIEF AREA
A relief area is an area designated by the Director from which a disc may not be played. A relief area is considered and played as an out-of-bounds area, but no penalty throw is applied.
806.03 CASUAL AREA
a. A casual area is an area designated by the director which allows for optional relocation without penalty. A player may choose to take relief if their lie is in that area.
b. By default, any body of water that is in-bounds and has not been explicitly declared by the Director to be in play is a casual area.
c. A player may obtain relief from a casual area without penalty by marking along the line of play a new lie which is farther from the target and no farther than the nearest lie where the marker disc and lie are outside the casual area.
