Disc Golfers,
First off, I would like to thank all of you for signing up for Not So Spring Fling! Due to Covid-19, we will not be doing a players meeting before the first round. This email will be in place of the players meeting. Please make sure to view the information below for any specifics you might need to know.

Players Meeting/Tournament Info –
· Players meetings –We will not have one. This email will be your players meeting for the event. If you have any questions that need to be answered please let us know. You can contact us via email or through the comment section on discgolfscene.

· Check In – Player check in will be from 8:30-9:15am. First round will start at 9:30am. . We will be set up in the back parking lot by hole 16. When you arrive please make sure to check in at the table. When you check in, make sure to pick up your players pack. All AMs will choose their own players pack. Each am will get to pick one disc (Under $18) from a huge selection by HD DISCS. The player board will already be set out so that all players can go to their starting hole once they have checked in. HD DISCS will be set up selling discs as well. You are more than welcome to look around the tables and buy discs after you check in. Also, if you see 5-6 people at the tables looking through discs please wait to come over until someone leaves.

· Scoring – We will be using live scoring! Please see attachment for live scoring instructions. If you have any questions when it comes to live scoring please feel free to ask at check in. Access Code for live scoring: 3989
MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS CHARGED!!!

· Lunch Break – You will have an hour lunch break once the last card has been turned in. Second round start time will be posted on discgolfscene as well as HD DISCS facebook page.

· Payouts – This year’s event will be payout vouchers for all top finishers in each am division. Open players will be playing for cash payouts that will be handled via Paypal. If you need to update your Paypal info make sure to do so when you check in.

· OB/Caddie Book – Below is the OB/Caddie book. OB/Caddie book will be posted on discgolfscene and HD DISCS facebook page as well.

· Weather – Rain and bad weather are forecasted for tomorrow’s event so please make sure to dress accordingly.

Below is the OB/Caddie Book. Please make sure to read over it and let us know if you have any questions. Also,it is supposed to rain throughout the day. Make sure to dress accordingly.

Hole Par OB/Mando Info

-Hole 1 Par 4

-Hole 2 Par 5 Road on left and beyond is OB. If you surrounded by water in the creek you are OB.

-Hole 3 Par 3 None

-Hole 4 Par 5 If you are surrounded by water in the creek you are OB.

-Hole 5 Par 3 If you are surrounded by water in the creek you are OB.

-Hole 6 Par 3 Creek and beyond is OB.

-Hole 7 Par 4 Beyond posts and flags is OB. You will take a stroke penalty and throw your next shot from where you crossed OB.

-Hole 8 Par 3 Mando down the Hill on left. (If you don’t make the mando play from drop zone with penalty) Beyond posts and flags are OB. You will take a stroke penalty and throw your next shot from where you crossed OB.

-Hole 9 Par 4 If you are surrounded by water in the marsh on the left you are OB. Walking path on right and beyond is OB.

-Hole 10 Par 3 None

-Hole 11 Par 4 Walking path and beyond on left is OB.

-Hole 12 Par 4 Mando on the right. (If you don’t make the mando play from drop zone with penalty) Drop zone will be from Red tee pad. If you are surrounded by water in the marsh you are OB.

-Hole 13 Par 3 If you are surrounded by water you are OB. If OB please head to the drop zone. (Red Tee pad) with one stroke penalty.

-Hole 14 Par 4 If you surrounded by water in the marsh on left you are OB. Walking path past basket and beyond is OB.

-Hole 15 Par 4 Walking path on left and beyond is OB. Walking path behind basket and beyond is OB.

-Hole 16 Par 3 IF you surrounded by water in the marsh on left you are OB. Parking lot and road on right is OB.

-Hole 17 Par 3 Flagged line represents OB. If drive lands short of the flagged OB you will proceed to the drop zone (Red Tee pad) with a one stroke penalty.

-Hole 18 Par 4 Parking lot behind basket is OB.

-Open: Gold Tees to Green Baskets

Due to weather, puddles around and near the fairway will be played as casual.

All bridges are inbounds except on holes 8 & 17.
