I will be updating starting holes this morning. we are going to spread the field out over the two courses. MA2 and MA3 (intermediate and rec divisions) will start on the front course. Alll others will remain starting on the back course with some minor adjustments to make the groups smaller. Your second round will be on the opposite course.

This change will allow for a small number of walk-in registrations on Saturday morning. No more than 20 players will be added. These late registrants will recieve a limited players package. Only cash will be accepted for payment. Current PDGA members 60$ non current or nonmember 70$

Course description and special conditions will be posted on this page. Same layout as July NADGT event, listed on UDisc, course is set and can be played by appointment thru BnB FB page. Attention Players: There was an error in the setting up of the registration for this event and the $10 Greens Fees were "optional". Unfortunately that is not the case. The problem has been fixed and we are asking you to please log back into your registration for this event and update your info please. All players will need to pay the $10 Greens Fees prior to the event. NO day of payments will be excepted. A player may be refunded their entry fee if the proper arrangements have not been take care of.

things have been changing re guidelines and restrictions and this is probably a good thing for the tournament and those on the waitlist,

we can add 6 more players for a full field with 5 on each tee. (90 total)

as mentioned fluid information and decisions

Virtual Players meeting and Rules(course description posted soon) by 10/24}, Holes assignments in that same time frame.

we will be moving to a shotgun start where everyone starts at the same time, back course in a.m. front course in the afternoon.
You will be assigned a starting tee, you are there by 8:00 a.m. we start the round at 8:30,
(check in at front gate as early ar 6:30 a.m.) practice putts, drives, approach shots in your area!

lunch from 1130-12ish start around 1. on the front course,

new tee assignments will be posted near Pro Shop asap, 12:00 or so.

small division awards done in the afternoon when all groups are done. social distance or masks PLS.

the next round of invites from waitlist will go out this evening, 10/4 and will be available for one week, then you will be removed and the next player promoted.

Costumes and Halloween Masks will be rewarded!

I usually try to respond to posts sooner but we have been dealing with the Bear fire for the last week, 2 miles from our home and no electricity for a week (thus no internet). once we figure out logistics we will announce an increase in field size to accomidate some people on the waitlist. Length of daylight, covid restrictions and only 1 course available are all controlling factors.

we will finalize tee times by Thursday evening 10/29. Gates will open at 7:00 a.m. on game day. Charlottes Web will be open for play. We are only using one course for this event so the unused course will be available for pre or post play as well.

Back course first, front course after lunch break, meet at Barn Hill, (Tee 1 Back Course) 10-15 minutes prior to tee time, your lunch will be approx 1 hour, there will be a food truck available for purchase, pretty good deli about 1 mile away from the property.
