The MFA Minnesota Doubles Series #3 @ Oakwood is tomorrow and there are just a few quick things you should know:
1) COMMUNICATE - If you think you may need to withdraw, are late, or aren't coming, let me know ASAP. This will help me when I build cards/groups.
2) BE ON TIME - Please check in by the end of the check in window (7:30-8:30 AM). This will also help me get you started on time. We will have a player meeting at 8:40 and tee at 9. After the first round we will have a 1 hour break from the time the last group finishes the first round. I will post the second round start time in the Disc Golf Scene event page comment section as soon as I know the time (

3) LAYOUT/OB - We are playing long/Pro layout both rounds. All OBs and hole notes are listed below.

All OBs are listed on each hole, but if you go over any park boundary fence or on any road that isn't mentioned on the hole they are still OB. Hole 1 plays as an island. If you miss the island, play from the drop zone with a stroke penalty

4) SCORING - We will be using UDisc Scoring as our primary method. Event is called "MDS #3 Oakwood". Please make sure to check into the event. Let me know if you need any help. Most people have used this before, so people on your card can also help.
5) ACE POOL - The $5 Optional Ace Pool is currently $85. If you aren't already in the ACE pool, you can still update your registration to add it or pay when you check in. If no ACE is hit the Ace Pool will carry over to MDS #6 - Kaposia on August 9th.
6) PAYOUTS - Pro Payouts will be available in cash immediately at the end of the round. If you would prefer PayPal, please let me know and give me your information. AM Payouts will be available immediately after the event across the street at Gray Duck Disc Golf. AM payouts expire after 1 year.
