Welcome to the 2020 Longest Day PDGA C-Tier featuring 2 rounds of Coyote's coveted Long Layout! The Longest Day is sponsored by "Old Disc" Bob & Frieda "The Champ" Eberly, Erik Springer, Brandon Tinsley, and Mike "Razz" Radosinovich! Thank you so much for your generous donations to the club.
We would like to thank our volunteers who have been meticulously keeping up with the course. Thank you Todd Slater, Steve Alspaugh, Nate Brosius, Lenny Parrish, Zach Rowe, Logan Campbell, Travis Morret, Dan Zechman, Dave Truitt, Matt Kiral, and Joe Harker. And of course Middlesex Township.
This tournament will be a little different than our previous. First and foremost, all participants must acknowledge PDGA's Covid-19 Participant Waiver. Please find it attached with this email. If not already, please sign, date, and return the waiver via email or have it ready for us at check in. It will make check in quicker. We will also have copies on hand for you to sign during registration if we have not obtained your waiver beforehand.
Also, attached in this email is our OB Sheet. Please review and familiarize yourself with the course rules.
In case of impractical or dangerous weather conditions we will sound 3 short blasts to suspend play. Please review 1.07 Suspension of Play of the PDGA Competition Manual below.

Check In @ 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Upon arriving at "The Hills", you will see a big red canopy at the entrance of the gravel parking lot. This will be player check in. Please pull up single file and be patient until your turn. Early arrival would help us out with this process. Players remain in their vehicle during check in and will be issued their starting holes for both rounds. First round starting holes will be assigned in order of your PDGA #. 2nd round hole assignments will be based off of your first round score. After player check in, tournament staff will move to the "Den" located near hole 1's basket.
Players will be able to log in to the PDGA Digital Scorecard to see their assigned starting holes or by visiting the event page on PDGA"s website.

Hole assignments have been set but are subject to change.
