Players meeting: Welcome to the Wolf Pack Discs Try Out 2021.

Thank you so much for attending this event. I know for many of you this your first Wolf Pack Discs event. We want to let you know our goal is always to have fun and leave with a great experience. If you take the game of disc golf super serious maybe our events are not for you. Yes we follow the rules and you should too. We also don't want someone having a bad round to influence others' experience.

Out of respect for the people running the event and your competitors if you do not feel well please do no play:

The course:
We are lucky to be using a great property for this event. Tourney Central will be in the pavilion by hole 17. There is full restrooms, bar and snacks in the club house across the street from hole 1’s tee pad.

We will be playing the concrete tee pads for both rounds.

The Event:
You must check in prior to 8:45 at the pavilion. We are playing two rounds of 18 holes. We will have 5 players on each card. After round one there will be a 1 hour break from last card.

Pros you will be playing for cash, I will Paypal the account you registered with on sunday at some point if you cash. If you want it to go to a different account please let me know via email or face to face at the event.

We will be using the PDGA live scoring. The event password is WPDJACK. Proceed to www.pdga.com/score to enter the live scoring. Enter the password to join the event.

Raffle:
We will be raffling off a GRIP bx Discraft bag as well as some collector discs too (think marwede and Klein). Only 104 tickets so get there early.

OB:
Road, sidewalk Parking and tennis courts are OB
Hole 13 has a mando, you must play to the left of the arrow sign
Hole 14 has a painted island. If you do not land in the island, proceed to the drop zone


Refunds/No Shows:
I will make the players final on pdga.com at 8pm on Friday night. Which means you can unregister up until that point. After that refunds will not be granted.

Howdy Folks: A couple of things.
1. Registration closes at 8pm on friday. I will refund all waitlist people then.
2. Course has some long grass from what I hear, I have approached the city, but if they do not do anything you may want to send spotters on hole 4 and 5.
3. Players meeting will be sent out via the email you registered by and posted here Friday evening. We will be doing live scoring via the pdga.
4. You still need to check in. Registration is 8-8:45 at the pavilion
