Details:

Maximum of 90 Player Field
Registration deadline April 9th
a $10 late fee will apply after the deadline
ALL current PDGA members receive a $10 discount.
ALL current PFDS members receive a $5 discount
Pro Open: $86 ($76 w/PDGA discount)
Pro Women Open: $66 ($56 w/PDGA discount)
Pro Men Masters: $76 ($66 w/PDGA discount)
Advanced: $56 ($46 w/PDGA discount)
Advanced Masters: $51 ($41 w/PDGA discount)
Advanced Women $46 ($36 w/PDGA discount)
Intermediate: $36 ($26 w/PDGA discount)

(Other divisions will be offered if at least 4 players sign up for it)

*(the PFDS will add $10 to every division a woman enters)



Format: 3 rounds of 18 holes at the par 66 Lakeview Championship Course

2 rounds Saturday and 1 round Sunday.

Open Men and Masters: 3 rounds Gold course
Open Women and Grandmasters: 3 rounds Blue course
Advanced Men and Women: 3 rounds Blue course
Intermediate divisions: 3 rounds White course

Pin locations to be in place for the 2011 Lakeview Championship on Saturday April 9th

100% of the funds raised at the course championship will go to the tournament
