Here is a projected schedule for the day:

7:30 AM – Check-in opens
• Receive your player pack (including a free disc for every participant)
• Pick up hole assignments
• Grab a free cup of coffee courtesy of Pacific Perks

7:30–9:00 AM – Complimentary coffee service from Pacific Perks

9:00 AM – Round 1 begins

12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch served

1:00 PM Sharp – Round 2 begins

Parking at Hockinson Meadows Community Park is limited. If possible, we encourage players to carpool with friends or fellow competitors to help ensure everyone can park and get checked in smoothly. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking, check-in, and warm-up before the 9:00 AM start.

Course-specific information, rules, layouts, and additional event details will be sent in a follow-up email closer to tournament day. We're putting the finishing touches on the course and can't wait to unveil it!

This inaugural event is a fundraiser hosted by the Parks Foundation of Clark County, with 10% of event proceeds donated directly back to Hockinson Meadows Community Park to support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the disc golf course.

If a question arises, play a provisional shot from the previous lie, in addition to the shot in question. Tournament director reserves all rights to gameplay, fairness, and competition decisions.
