This is your tournament director Vincent Okuniewski. In this email you will find the course layout for this event, link to the hole assignments, link to live scoring and more. I have also listed my contact number if anyone needs to get ahold of me prior or during the event.

First, I want to thank you all for participating in this event! We want to thank Discraft for allowing us to represent them and adding $3,000 of extra merchandise for the players! Also, to North Las Vegas Par 3 Golf Course and all their staff for being a generous host for this event. Huge Shout Out to Our Hole Sponsors.

This a two-day B-tier event playing NLV PAR 3 and City View Park
One Round of 20 Holes per day.

Thursday:
11am early registration (Practice Day 1) we will be setting up the course throughout the day on Thursday. Turf Tee Pads for City View Park holes will be laid out on Saturday and Sunday before the rounds start. Be courteous of any paid ball golf players on the course as it is not rented out on this day.

Friday:
11am Registration (Practice Day 2) 5pm Players Meeting at the Grit Discs Booth. Be courteous of any paid ball golf players on the course as it is not rented out on this day.

Saturday:
Round 1 – Set Tee Times listed below in the link.
7pm – Players Party at North 5th Brewing Co. Sponsored by Go Putt Yourself. Go Putt Yourself will be holding an optional putting tournament for people interested in playing.

Sunday:
Round 2 – Set Tee Times will be listed Saturday night after all cards are turned in.

Here is the link to your hole assignment, if this is your first PDGA Tournament please note that your hole assignment can change before the event starts. (I still have people dropping out). Also, note that your hole assignment will likely change for round 2. When you click on the link scroll down to your name, by your name will be a number under the "hole" column. This is the hole you will be starting at.

Check-in:

Please arrive at the course with plenty of time to go through the check-in process. When you arrive, you will need to come to the Grit Discs Booth to check in to get your player’s pack. Please check in 10min before each round at Hole 1.

Live Scoring:

Here is the link to the live scoring website. Due to updated 2024 PDGA guidelines, ALL PLAYERS must keep a scorecard for EACH round. Please refer to PDGA section 808 A-G for any questions prior to the event. Paper scorecards will be available to those who need them. A designated caddie may take on score keeping responsibilities. PLEASE be sure to designate this caddy with me BEFORE each round.

Course Layout:

BLUE LAYOUT - PAR 62 - 6391ft
RED LAYOUT - PAR 68 - 6391ft
JUNIOR LAYOUT - PAR 81 - 6391ft.

Fence between NLV Holes 4 and 5 (Tournament 16) is considered a player protection fence and will NOT play as OB.

Please DO NOT attempt to enter the water to retrieve a disc. If a disc goes over an OB fence line, wait until after the round to retrieve it and DO NOT attempt to jump the fence.

Hole # / Par Blue, Red, Junior / Distance / Description

Hole 1 - PAR 3, 3, 4 – 427ft – Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB. Bunkers play as Hazard.
Hole 2 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 339ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
Hole 3 – PAR 3, 4, 6 – 555ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
Hole 4 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 385ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
Hole 5 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 162ft – Fence line and white painted line plays as OB.
Hole 6 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 250ft – Fence Line and all concrete areas play as OB.
Hole 7 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 181ft – Island hole. Your disc must come to rest on the island, if the island is missed proceed to the Drop Zone. Normal OB rules apply at the Drop Zone.
Hole 8 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 281ft – Mando Right of the marked tree. If missed, take your next shot from the Drop Zone. Bathroom concrete and white painted lines play as OB.
Hole 9 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 242ft – Playscape and concrete and fence line play as OB.
Hole 10 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 226ft – Parking lot and fence line play as OB.
Hole 11 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 221ft - Island hole. Your disc must come to rest on the island, if the island is missed proceed to the Drop Zone. Normal OB rules apply at the Drop Zone. Concrete surrounding the island plays as OB.
Hole 12 – PAR 3, 4, 4 – 299ft – Mando Left of the marked tree. If missed, proceed to the Drop Zone. Fence line, water and white painted lines play as OB.
Hole 13 – PAR 3, 3, 4 – 200ft – Fence line, water and white painted lines play as OB. Please avoid standing on top of the basket platform unless completely necessary, this is for players safety.
Hole 14 – PAR 4, 5, 6 – 451ft – Mando Left of the marked tree. If missed, proceed to the Drop Zone. Fence line, water and white painted lines play as OB. Please DO NOT TEE OFF IF PEOPLE ARE ON TEE PAD 13.
Hole 15 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 170ft – Fence line plays as OB. Basket will be on the top of a picnic table, use caution when retrieving your discs.
Hole 16 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 312ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
Hole 17 – PAR 3, 3, 3 – 329ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB. Bunkers play as Hazard.
Hole 18 – PAR 3, 4, 5 - 449ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
Hole 19 – PAR 3, 4, 5 – 334ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB. Bunkers play as Hazard.
Hole 20 – PAR 4, 5, 6 – 578ft - Fence line plays as OB. Golf Green plays as OB.
