You are receiving this because you are signed up to play GVCCC on Sun. Want to start out by saying thank you for signing up and hope you all have a good time.

All the people who donated to Sat while signing up for Sun.
Everyone will need to be checked in BY 9AM! We will be set up about 8am.
We will be teeing off at 9:30 with 2 minute warning at 9:28
2 rounds of 18 holes with approximately 1 hour lunch break in between rounds.
1st round will be EVEN numbered holes long tee pad and ODD numbered holes short tee pads.
2nd round will be ODD numbered holes long tee pads and EVEN numbered holes short tee pads.
We will be using live scoring for the official method of scoring, must have at least 1 back up score (multiple [people can sign into live scoring at same time) For Joe Luloff if you chose to use paper score card per the PDGA rules you must submit the scores via preferred method of scoring. So if you want to sit down and enter them after the round then that is fine but it has to be done within 30 minutes of the round completion. "The two scorecards must be reconciled by the group and submitted by whichever method the Tournament Director has designated as the official scoring method for the tournament"
As for out of bounds (OB's) general rule is on or over any road you don't play across, over any fence or on any concrete such as shelter, bathroom, etc. Playgrounds are OB.
Road on hole 2 and 9 will play as islands, if you do not make it across the road you must re-tee with 1 stroke penalty.
Holes 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16 have only 1 tee pad the rest have 2 tee pads so make sure you play the correct tee pads.
They have been pouring some new tee pads in preparation for the make over happening in the near future so make sure you do not play any of those.
I will have tournament discs for sale $16each or 2 for $30 and various snacks/bottles of water (free to all).
