Hello all! Wanted to say happy Friday, and prepare you for our tournament tomorrow afternoon, the Frozen SOLstice! We are really excited about this one.

Xenia Sol has a small parking lot, so be prepared to either carpool, or park up the street so you can walk to the course. We wish we had a better solution for ya, but it is what it is. Don't show up late expecting a parking spot. Also please be careful with parking in the grass, we want to continue to preserve our relationship with the city of Xenia and continue running tournaments for everyone to enjoy.

There will be no players meeting, just a check-in near hole 1 from 12:30-12:45. Shotgun start will begin at 1pm. We have a few cards of 5, and a full course, so we expect everyone to play with patience, and to be kind to others.

OB is painted through-out the course with orange paint. It is also listed on PDGA live, which we will be using to score the event. The access code is sol. Notable OB includes the island on hole 1(drop zone is putting down hill towards the basket), and beyond the path on top of the hill on hole 18. It is your responsibility to know what's OB and what is not, so if you aren't sure, please check with the PDGA live hole.

All AMS will be playing short pads, with Pros + MA1 playing the long pad on 14. There is no player's pack for this event, only payouts after the tournament. Please make your way towards hole 1 after the tournament is over so we can announce winners and hand out payouts.

Pros will be paid out via Paypal and AMS will receive vouchers to our pro shop on site. Anyone is free to purchase from this store. Paypal, Venmo, and cash are accepted.

It is probably going to be pretty muddy, and possibly slippery, so be prepared for the worst. We are going before the tournament to do what we can to clear teepads, but obviously we can only do so much. If you are kicking mud off your shoes, please don't do it on the front of a teepad!
