Tee off for round 1 is now less than 24 hours away. No refunds will be given for withdrawal after this email's being sent.
Hello !
Thank you for signing up for the premier Amateur's disc golf tournament of the region - the Pine Cone Open. This is our sixth year, and we are proud to have been sponsored all six years by Dynamic Discs and the other Trilogy brands of disc golf discs.
For a third year in a row, United Traffic Services have been a HUGE sponsor - helping this event to have the reputation of one where Ams get a huge player pack - and there is still payout at the end of the event.
This year is no exception - You're not going to believe what's in store for you tomorrow. Let's put it this way - combined player packs and payouts value for AMs is over $8,000 PDGA tournament value. Player packs retail value is over $100 each, and payout is still going to 45% of the field!
BOTH ROUNDS - Card CTP / CLosest to the Pin - Hole 1No flags to mark. As a group, determine closest to the pin when you play Hole 1.Send that player to  Tournament central after each round to collect their prize.

There is also a Raffle again this year. Tickets/Numbers will be $5 each, 5 for $20 and 30 for $100. Exact Change CASH PREFERRED as cell service is sometime wonky and PayPal times out at the parkThere will be three prizes drawn. OK - Let's get some  info covered.
The gate does not unlock till 7:00.I have a lot to set up to get registration ready in under 15 minutes. Please do not come early and block the gate.
Registration is 7:15 to 8:15. If you're not registered at 8:15, you will be removed. Do not call me and say "I'm on the way". 
There is no waitlist, and there will be no walk ons. Previous waitlisted players have been added. At this point the field is set.
Expect these rounds to take a little time. It's a wooded course, and the deepest part of the field are newer players. There are also at this time 5 fivesomes. Pace yourself, but play responsibly.
DO NOT BRING ANY ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR OTHER PROHIBITED MATERIALS ONTO THE COURSE.  Park rules are clear about these things, as are PDGA rules.

OBS are simple, and on the electric scorecard. Basically OBS are roads, playgrounds and the fence on 14.
Lunch will be 1 hour from the last card being confirmed.
There is not an "awards" ceremony per se. I will endeavor to get the vouchers and trophies ready as quickly as possible.
We will be using live scoring. That is found at pdga.com/scores .The event code is PineSix
Winners in Am divisions will receive trophies. Those who "place" will receive vouchers for same day redemption. If you leave you forfeit the voucher.
The "Put up or Shut Up" pro card will be paid via Paypal by MIdnight Monday 26th. Be sure to verify your paypal address with me before leaving if you place 1 or 2 in MPO.
