Good evening Disc Golf for Good players,
Apologies for the late players meeting email as I've been waiting on some last minute entries to our players field. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for signing up, and helping raise money for the Richmond County Chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina. $8 from each player goes directly to the charity along with our generous sponsors for the event. Below are those sponsors:
- Emmy's Sticks (Tournament)
- Quality Oil Company (Ace)
- Jimmy McDonald Photography (Ace)
- Ben Moss (Ace)
Below is some general housekeeping for tomorrow....
WEATHER: There is the chance of some strong storms for tomorrow after 11:00, and some showers on and off in the morning. WE WILL PLAY UNLESS IT IS LIGHTNING. In the case that play is suspended, tee times will be moved back accordingly, and players that are on the course will mark their lie and continue from that spot once play has resumed. Due to the short nature of the storms the plan is to complete all rounds tomorrow.
We will be using PDGA Live Scoring: pdga.com/score
Code: RCDGG
Players Packs:
ALL AMs will receive their chose of a Lone Star Disc and $4 in Lucky Bucks to Lucky Disc Golf which will be sent via email after the conclusion of the event. Disc options are the Copperhead, BB6, Nimitz, Curl, Armadillo, Mockingbird, and Guadalupe. ADDITIONAL discs can be purchased for $15 per disc once your round is complete.
Ace Pool and Raffle:
- The Ace Pot sits at $165 for tomorrow. If no ace is hit then the entire pot will be donated to the Autism Society
- Raffles: All raffle winners will be chosen TONIGHT based on who signed-up for the raffle via registration. You will be given your prize prior to your round or afterwards (which ever works best for you).
