We may be able to accommodate walk ups depending on the course flow for the day. However, priority is given to the players on the registration list. If you attempt to walk up and there is a line of players waiting to tee off, we will not be able to accommodate you at that time.

Because this is a PDGA event, we do follow the provided PDGA refund policy as Steve pointed out. To make things even clearer, we have produced a refund policy document for every event we are running this year with that PDGA policy translated down to specific dates and times. The document is always linked in the Refund Policy section on the About page. The cliff notes: You must request the withdrawal through DGS. You get 100% back if you spot is filled via the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you are always entitled to a full refund.
