Thank you all for signing up and registering for The 2nd Annual Big Arm Challenge. Its finally tournament week. This email will include all the info you need for the tournament. Every player has a copy of this. Use this as a guide as you play your round. We will not be handing anything out any of this info.

Since its Tournament week, Ive listed the link for the PDGA Refund Policy.
You will only receive a full refund if your spot if filled. If not, you will receive 25% of Cash Refund or Just the Players Pack.

Player Check in:
Please be at Hole 1 and Check in at least 10 minutes before your Tee Time. Hole 1 will be to the right of Normal Vista Hole 1 next to the bathrooms. You can’t miss it. Teeing off from the Ramada. Circle Cement Teepad You are in charge of finding a place to warm up. The baseball fields at vista, Papago or somewhere else.
Tee Times:
Tee Times are now posted and then Tee Times will be posted by 8pm on Saturday for Day 2.
Players Pack:
Every Amateur will receive a players pack. Please check in and grab your package on Day 1.
Ace Pool:
Ace Pool is not included in your entry fee. If you’d like to get into the Ace Pot, Please sign up before your Tee Time. If nobody aces, we will have a CTP Throw off for the Ace Pot the Final Day.
The Course:
Below is the Course Map of the layout were playing. Everybody will be playing from the same tee pads except a few division where you have to throw over water. The course map is also on Udisc. Select Vista Del Camino and Scroll down and youll find The Big Arm Challenge Layout, Distances, and Pars. The course is closed from 8am- until the last card is in. You may not practice the course once there is a card on the course. There are plenty of fields around where you can warm up and practice. We will find a practice putting area, that will be free from all directions.
Provisional:
A Provisional is throw that you will not get penalized for as long as you call provisional and the whole group knows you called provisional. If you can’t make a decision within the group, please call a provisional and play both ways. If you don’t know the ruling. Please play a Provisional. Talk to Tournament Staff after the round about and rules and clarifications. Theres going to be 150 Players on the course and we will be chasing Daylight so please play in a timely manner.
Rules:
This is a PDGA C Tier. We will be playing by the PDGA Rules. No Smoking or Drinking once its 2 minutes before your tee time. Rules will be enforced and everything will be reported to the PDGA if theres any issues. If you see anything that shouldn’t be happening, please notify Tournament Staff.
Scoring:
We will be doing PDGA Live Scoring. One person from each group will need to take score. This is mandatory. You will not be able to play without somebody doing PDGA Live. If nobody wants to do it, Tournament Staff will assign somebody to do scoring. After each hole please say your score to the score keeper.

Safety:
Please wait to throw until the hole is safe to throw. Pedestrians have the right away. The higher hole always has the right away.
