Tom McManness On #23 in particular, and perhaps elsewhere, there are substantial brush piles on both sides of the flyway. Per rule 803.02A, will the TD designate these as obstacles so the unfortunate player landing in one can obtain relief on a line behind them and not be penalized? Oct 8, 2020
