Its November Disc golf at its FINEST! Saturday's weather in Kaysville is showing Cloudy with a chance of Snow Showers in the morning. IT WILL BE COLD. Please plan accordingly and come prepared for the Weather. If you don't think you want to Brave the elements, you can submit a refund request now and I will still get you refunded. But let it me known, this is always one of the most fun events of the year!
Caddy Book You can access the Digital Caddy Book HERE. Some things are subject to change depending on the footing of some tee pads. We will finalize those changes when we set up in the morning and let you know prior to the start of the event at the players meeting. Course Set Up I will be at the course around 7:15 am to set up the baskets and course. Any help is welcomed. We typically set out signs around the park letting onlookers know that there is an event going on as well, so any help would be appreciated. Digital Scoring We will be utilizing the PDGA app for our scoring. This is the means provided and no paper scorecards will be available. ALL PLAYERS MUST KEEP THE ENTIRE CARD'S SCORE. This is PDGA mandated. The passcode for the PDGA live scoring is BarnesRestrooms There will be no restrooms provided at the park. Kaysville City tried their best to keep their park restrooms open as late as possible for us, but it is too cold and they will be shut down. There is a Maverick right next to the park with public restrooms available. So please use the restroom before you start as there are none on the course. Cards I've done my best to accommodate card requests, but not all can be met. Like it was mentioned in the "about the tournament" section on DGS, you can choose 1 person, not your whole card. So not all accommodations are going to be met. Cards and Starting holes wont be posted until the morning of the eventPlayer Pack After we are done setting up the course, we will be in the South Parking Lot right by hole 1, with the player pack discs. These are discs that are left over from previous events and every amatuer player registered will get 1 disc. Payout The top 40% of MPO players will be paid out in Cash immediately following the event. If you finish in the cash, please come find me right after the event. The top 45% of Amatuer divisions will be paid out in Infinite Credit within 72 hours of the event. Please make sure your infinite discs email address is correct on your registration to be sure your payout makes it to you.
