-Please park in the main parking lot of Trail of Tears.
-Players Pack will be available beginning at 8am
-Tournament Central will be on hole #10 fairway of Trail of Tears Course
-Back 9 will be closed, please warm up on the front 9
-Check in at Tournament Central at least 10 min before your tee time.
-Replays are unlimited at $5 each with the last tee of the day being 3:45
-Your final score will be whatever card you want to submit including your replay rounds.
-paper scorecards will be used. You can use UDisc for a backup.
-Each hole has a custom tee sign with OB/Mando listed.
Awards are for each division
-1st place ($20 prodigy gift card, special disc with event/divsion champ stamp)
-2nd place ($20 prodigy gift card)
Ties:
-When you complete your final round, if you are tied for the top spot you will throw a shot at the "bonus" hole. CTP at the end of the day will be 1st place winner. 2nd closest will be 2nd place winner. Each division will have their own separate CTP for positions.
Most Ace Pot (currently at $300) all divisions combined
-If you hit an ace, you will throw a shot from the "bonus" hole after your round. CTP at the end of the day will win the ace money. If you hit one ace, but someone hits 2 aces, then the person with 2 aces becomes the new leader. Anybody else that hits 2 aces will then throw off for the CTP as before mentioned. And so on and so forth if there are more than 2 hits. This is a "most ace" pot. Only aces made during the official round you submit will count.
You do not have to be present at the end of the day to be named the winner. With this being an all day long event, you can leave whenever you want. If you are currently in a positional spot or in running for the ace pot, I'll collect your name/number and inform you if you won, or if somebody beat your spot.
Thank all of you for supporting this event. I never dreamed the amount of support would be so high! Our goal is to create more competitive/fun opportunities in the pennyrile area this year and for many years to come.
If anybody has any questions, you can ask on the event page or contact me
