Hi, I just went to play Ninigret for the first time today and had a couple questions:

1. There are some tee locations at Ninigret that are just dirt but also spots with what looks like new teebox locations but there are no signs by the new teebox locations. Can you clarify where we should expect to throw from?

2. There are some holes with OB marked on the sign, but the ob areas are not super clear, like there are no stakes, flags, or lines. How should we expect the OB to be enforced?
