Springfield DGC General Rules
• Road and beyond is OB. If there is a curb, the curb is OB. Line is defined by the leading edge of the curb (where there is curb) or beginning of asphalt (where there is no curb)
• In and across creek is OB.
• Inside tennis court is OB.
• Two-meter rule is not in effect.
• Any final ruling decision is at the course director’s discretion.

Hole Rules
• HOLE 2 – MANDO (White Pad), if missed proceed to Red Pad & re-throw with a one stroke penalty.
• HOLE Y - ISLAND HOLE. Disc must land inside of marked island. Island is defined by flags & painted lines. If disc lands outside of island on your tee shot proceed to marked DZ re-throwing with a 1 stroke penalty. Normal OB rules apply for remainder of the hole after tee shot.
• HOLE 3 – MANDOS, if first mando is missed (White Pad) proceed to Red Pad & re-throw with a one stroke penalty. If second mando is missed proceed to DZ re-throw with a one stroke penalty.
• HOLE 5 - In marsh behind basket is OB. Marsh will be defined by flags & paint line.
• HOLE 8 – MANDO, if missed proceed to DZ & re-throw with a one stroke penalty. Basketball court (green asphalt) behind basket is OB.
• HOLE 9 – Fenced area around playground is OB.
• HOLE 10 – Fenced area around playground is OB. Inside of gated area left of basket is OB.
• HOLE 11 - DOUBLE MANDO, if either missed proceed to DZ & re-throw with a one stroke penalty. On top of building is OB
• HOLE 12 – MANDO, if missed proceed to DZ & re-throw with a one stroke penalty.
• HOLE 13 – MANDO, if missed proceed to Red Pad & re-throw with a one stroke penalty.
• HOLE Z – MANDO, if missed proceed to DZ & re-throw with a one stroke penalty.
• HOLE 15 - In marsh to right of basket is OB. Marsh will be defined by flags & paint line. Same marsh that is behind Hole 5
• HOLE 16 – The painted line that joins the creek lines across the old bridge is OB. Parking lot is OB.

Fore Palms DGC General OB Rules
• Completely on or across walking trail is OB on all holes except Hole 16 where landing on walking trail is OB
• On or across any road or parking lot is OB
• Inside playground fence on hole 1 is OB
• Inside Parks Dept. fence on holes 2 & 3 is OB
• Hole C - Disc must pass through mandos and come to rest in inside of island. The yellow pavers are the OB line. If disc lands outside of island or you miss a mando on your tee shot proceed to marked DZ throwing with a 1 stroke penalty. Normal OB rules apply for remainder of the hole after tee shot.
• Over the fence on holes 6 & 7 is OB
• POND is OB. Any OB on holes 9 & 10 players have the choice of playing last in bounds or going to DZ (red tee pad).
• Over the fence on holes 13 & 15 is OB
• Over soccer field fence on holes 16, 17 and 18 is OB
• Two meter rule is not in effect

Mando’s
 Mando on Hole 2 (Blue Pad), must stay right of tree with mando sign (DZ is white tee pad)
 Mando on Hole 3, must stay right of tree with mando sign (DZ is red tee pad)
 Mando on Hole 4, must stay left of tree with mando sign (DZ marked in fairway)
 Mando on Hole 5, must stay to left of tree with mando sign (DZ is red tee pad)
 Mando on Hole A, must stay to left of tree with mando sign (DZ is red tee pad)
 Mando on Hole B, must stay to left of tree with mando sign (DZ is red tee pad)
 Double Mando Hole C, must cross between 2 mando signs (DZ marked in fairway)
 Mando on Hole 10, must stay right of tree with mando sign (DZ is red tee pad)
 Mando on Hole 11, must stay left of tree with mando sign (DZ marked in fairway)
 Mando on Hole 12, must stay left of tree with mando sign (DZ marked in fairway)
 Triple Mando on Hole 13, must cross between 2 mando signs and below yellow pole (DZ marked in fairway)
 Mando on Hole 14 (Blue Pad), must stay right of tree with mando sign (DZ is white tee pad)
 Mando on Hole D, must stay right of trees with mando signs (DZs marked in fairway)
 Mando on Hole F, must stay right of trees with mando signs (DZs marked in fairway)

REMINDER:
POOL A (MA40, MA50, MA2) – You are playing Fore Palms for Round 1.
POOL B (MA60, MA3, MA4, and all Female Divisions) – You are playing Springfield for Round 1.

Round 1 Tee Time: 8:30 AM
Please arrive at your starting hole’s tee pad at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Any player not present at their assigned starting hole when the round begins will receive a score of par +4 for each hole missed, per PDGA rules.

Just wanted to provide a quick update as we’re just a few days away from the 2025 Jacksonville Open AM Weekend Sponsored by Dynamic Discs!

As of 11/03/25, baskets on both courses have been set in their tournament positions. Layouts are available to view on UDisc if you’re unable to get in a practice round beforehand:

In the Pictures section on Disc Golf Scene, I’ve uploaded projected start times for all three rounds for each division. Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Lastly, since we’re now just a few days out from the tournament and currently have no waitlist, I’ll be following the PDGA refund policy, which states that any player who withdraws at this point will receive a 25% monetary refund. PDGA Refund Policy

I’m finishing up the Players Handbook, which will include more detailed event information. I plan to send that out by early Thursday morning (11/13/25).
