Players,
2023 NADGT Exclusive @ Creekside DGC is tomorrow!
Schedule:
Check-in: 7:45-8:45am - ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN THE DAY OF THE EVENT!
This email serves as the Players Meeting
Round 1: 9:00 start (shotgun)
Lunch: on your own
Round 2: 1.5 hours after the conclusion of Round 1
Awards: 15 minutes after the conclusion of Round 2
Starting Hole Assignments: Starting hole assignments are posted to the PDGA event page, which can be found at
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/70131. Starting assignments may change slightly if there are any last-minute signups, so make sure to double-check on the morning of the event.
Players Packs: Players who registered more than two weeks in advance of the event should have their players’ packs available at check in. All players who registered in the last two weeks will receive any players’ pack items by mail to the address provided at registration.
Water: Players are encouraged to bring plenty of water for themselves, but water will be available at the course, too.
Dress Code: PDGA Dress Code
OB Sheets will be available digitally. They are attached to this email and are loaded into the PDGA digital scorecard.
Scoring: We will use PDGA Live Scoring for the tournament. pdga.com/score. The password is cswhite. EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER! Each card must keep two scorecards, preferably both on PDGA Live Scoring.
Ace Pot: There will be an optional $5 ace pot on the day of the event. Players may sign up with cash or PayPal ([email redacted]) or Venmo (@Daniel-Moose-1, 4894). If no aces are hit, the money will be donated to the Springdale High School Bulldog Tennis Program.
Playoffs: In the event that multiple players tie for first place in a division, the players will need to play off to determine a winner. Players will play sudden-death stroke play on a loop of holes 1 and 18. Ties for second place or below will not require a playoff.
Let us know if you have any questions. Look forward to seeing everyone on the course!
