Good Morning,
We are a few days away from the 2023 Fall harvest at Shawnee Mission Park. I highly encourage you to read and save this email for reference.
The course is set and I plan on painting the Out of Bounds tomorrow morning. All official communication will be through the disc golf scene page, so please make sure you are following that for details.

Schedule:
Everyone will be required to check in near hole #1 from 8:00 - 8:30 and be on your assigned holes ready to start at 8:45. Those hole assignments will be published after registration closes at

Scoring:
We will be using online scoring via
www.pdga.com/score. The access code will be given at check-in on the day of the event. The PDGA Scoring will display all of the hole-by-hole rules and those are the official rules for this event. The PDGA Scoring details triumph over any other details that might have been published.
Awards / Payouts and Trophies
All division winner will receive a trophy for winning their division. Pro Payout can be done onsite via check after the awards, or if you do not want to wait around, I will distribute payout based on your selection within 48 hours of the completion of the event.
Amateur Payout will be done onsite and is required to be used that day. Truly Unique will be on-site with inventory to be used. If you are unable to stay for amateur payout, your vouchers will be submitted to UnderPar Apparel Company to be used online, regardless of what you selected during registration.
Cancellations / Waitlist
Registration closes at 6 pm CST on Saturday, November 18th. Once registration closes, there are not any refunds, please make sure you communicate with me beforehand if you think you will not be able to attend. All cancelations must be submitted via your disc golf scene registration.
If you are on the waitlist and are not able to get into the event due to drops, you will be refunded Saturday night. If there are drops after registration closes, I will not allow any players into the event, even if the event is not full.
