Ship Rock Silver Bells Caddy Guide
General Guidelines
-The tee signs contain accurate info you need to know. Don’t forget to check them out. -Creek and across is always OB, two meter relief is granted from all creek OB for safe footing -Corn and soybean fields are always OB. These areas are not flagged. If your ENTIRE disc is beyond the first row of crops, you are OB.
-If the OB barrier is specified as containing barbed wire, a two meter relief is granted for safety reasons -Be aware of your footing, there are many groundhog holes on the course
-OB lines continue infinitely in the direction they are headed unless the tee sign specifies that it ends -DROP ZONES will be marked by two “crossed” flags with a DZ on them
Hole Specific Information
Hole One- Silver: OB road RIGHT of the fairway and field LONG, the MANDO is NOT in effect on this layout
Hole Two- OB creek LONG and fields RIGHT of the basket
Hole Three- OB creek RIGHT of the fairway down the hill
Hole Four- OB rope line LEFT of the fairway
Hole Six- OB LEFT and RIGHT of fairway as per tee sign. Parking lot LONG of the basket is also OB. Hole Seven- OB LEFT and RIGHT of the fairway as per tee sign. Barbed wire present on LEFT OB line. You must play RIGHT of the orange MANDO sign located on the left side of the fairway. If the MANDO is missed, re-tee from the Silver tee with a penalty.
Hole Eight- Be aware of the many groundhog holes near the basket.
Hole Eleven- There is a flagged OB line LONG of the basket. If you go OB, proceed to the flagged DROP ZONE with a penalty. There is a marked casual relief area on the steep hillside of the cliff. If your disc lands entirely within this area then proceed to the DROP ZONE but no penalty is assessed. Hole Twelve- OB creek RIGHT of the fairway.
Hole Thirteen- OB creek RIGHT of the fairway and LONG of the basket.
Hole Fourteen- OB creek RIGHT of the fairway.
Hole Fifteen- OB line LEFT of the fairway ends at the large tree as per tee sign, OB flagged area RIGHT of the fairway.
Hole Sixteen- Must play to the RIGHT of the red MANDO post on the left hillside. If the MANDO is missed, re-tee from the Silver tee with a penalty. OB treeline on LEFT contains barbed wire. The LEFT OB continues toward 17’s teepad after the tree line ends and is flagged. There is also a flagged rough OB area RIGHT of the fairway.
Hole Seventeen- OB cornfield runs along the entire RIGHT of the fairway. OB treeline LEFT of the fairway ends at the red MANDO post at the top of the hill. Must play RIGHT of the red MANDO post. Hole Eighteen- OB cornfield RIGHT of the fairway, OB parking lot LONG of the basket.
