Thank you for making the 2020 Happy Valley Huck-A-Thon such an incredible tournament. We had a lot of fun planning, building out the player packs and course schedule, and making sure this was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

Despite the cold weather to start the day, 53 of our 54 registered teams showed up to play 54 holes of disc golf at three unique local courses. This was one of our biggest tournaments in Centre County Disc Golf Association's history - both in terms of registered players and holes played. Your turnout was a significant increase over the previous two Huck-A-Thons, and we can’t wait to do another one in 2021.

There are always a few bumps in the road getting ready for a tournament like this. One thing we'd like to apologize for up front is that we forgot to include the Big Cat Disc Golf discount code in your player packs. Before we get to our winning teams, we want to say thank you to Brian Allen from Flyland Designs for coming out to set up his flymart. We hope you got a chance to check out his awesome disc golf artwork!

We also want to again thank our event sponsors. For starters, we had two players hit an ace during their 54 holes of play! Congrats to Royal Brantle for hitting the ace at Bernel #3, and Joel Linton for hitting the ace at Bernel #18. Unfortunately neither player had bought in to the tournament Ace Pot. Fortunately, that means the course improvement fund gets some additional funds, and also fortunately, both holes also included a CTP prize (more on that below).

We want to say a big congratulations to our winning teams! We had a tie for first place in two of our three divisions. We will be splitting the first and second place prize packs between the four players. Par for the three rounds was 176.
