This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting.
Basic Information
This event is full, and there is a waitlist we will not be taking additional walk-up registrations.
Check in begins at 7:30; we will be doing a drive-thru check in. On the drive towards the Fussman Pavilion you will be met by a staff member who will check you in.
YOU MUST CHECK IN BY 8:30AM OR RISK LOSING YOUR SPOT TO NEXT PLAYER ON THE WAITLIST.
If you need to pay for the ace pool or 50/50 please see Nacho at the Fussman Pavilion before the start of the first round.
Tournament central will be at the Fussman Pavilion, please wear masks and socially distance when around tournament central.
Lunch will be provided by 8cap Inc at the Fussman Pavilion.

TEE OFF FOR ROUND 1 WILL BE 9:00.
5 BERTHS for the Michigan Amateur State Championship will be awarded! 2 to MA3, and 1 each to MA40, MA1, MA2. The actual berth package won’t be available until mid February, once they are distributed.
There will be an ace pool ctp. If no one gets an ace, the money will go to the person on that ctp (ace pool paid in only).
Please bring in CTP markers after the second round.
OB rules
Deerfield:
13 – Water
14 – Water (short pad on 14 serves as the dropzone)
Wildwood:
18 – Water
Live Scoring, Hole Assignments, and Tee Pad Assignments

We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system. 1 Player who utilizes Live Scoring for both their rounds will randomly be chosen to receive a $30 Disc Baron Certificate.


There will be no physical leaderboard on site, all results will be online.

Hole assignments will be available at the live scoring website.

Payouts

Pro payouts will be sent via PayPal.

Ace Pool and 50/50 payouts will be sent via PayPal

Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.

Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online. Payouts will not be available onsite. Winners will have until 3/23/21 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.
