Perfect higher stakes warm-up for the Seth Burton Memorial. Trophies for 1st place for each division. Pair it with Seth Burton Memorial Flex - Mellow Yellow (https://dgscene.com/sbmflex_my) the prior day. Open to all, you do not need to be participating in the Seth Burton Memorial to play.
Cards might be mixed, meaning you could have players on your card throwing from the short pads to red basket while others are throwing to yellow/orange. It is entirely up to you to know and remember the layout you are playing.
Divisions & Tees:
To keep things simple, we are only opening four of the official ratings-based divisions. Please register for the lowest tier your rating allows:
- GOLD (RPA) & BLUE (RAH / <970): Short pads to B positions (Yellow and Orange baskets)
- RED (RAE / <900) & PURPLE (RAG / <800): Short pads to A positions (Red baskets)
Note: If you are rated between 900 and 935 (traditionally White division), you will play in Blue. If you are rated between 800 and 850 (traditionally Green division), you will play in Red.
Cost: $6
- $3 PDGA Fee
- $2 TD Fee (goes right back into the tournament/course)
- $1 Player Pack (bottle of water)
- Am Net Entry Fee = $0.00
- Pro payouts to top 45% on the miniscule net entry will be sent by paypal to the email used to register.
Ace Bonus: Sponsored by Chris Boyer. If you hit one or more aces during your round, lunch is on me ($20 cash)!
Cards require at least 3 players. If your selected tee time does not have at least 3 players, you'll tee off with the next card that creates a card of 3 or 4. You may monitor DiscGolfScene for availability. I will accept walk-up registrations on-site, but please keep in mind you might have to wait for the next group with an open slot.
Trophies: if you cannot pick them up after all rounds are completed, I will email you at the address used on registration asking how you'd like to collect them.
"Angry Orange" is a blended course consisting of the front 9 of Orange Crush, and the back 9 of Seth Burton Memorial. After Orange Crush hole 9, you will proceed directly up the hill to Seth Burton Memorial hole 10.
