In Tombstone, golfers begin their rounds with an allotment of strokes and they play until their strokes run out. The golfer who makes it farthest around the course is the winner. If your last shot goes in the basket you are awarded another shot from the next tee. You will be givin a number of strokes based on your skill level with novice, intermediate, and advanced categories.(Handicaps basically)
The name comes from the fact that each golfer carries with him a flag, and a scorecard to be staked in the ground at the point of their final stroke.
