It says "may experience", so I'm going to attempt registration still.

There is another payment option, but it would need to be activated by whoever is organizing the event.

Yea I tried to sign up for another local event a few minutes ago and PayPal would not let me thru. So hopefully this gets resolved. Or another payment option is given

This event always uses Collected Payments, which provides multiple payment options.
