Final Results

Thanks all who have supported the Winter League this year. Rollie Rush again took the Championship by one point! Congrats!! Dan and Don and Larry and Rick shot sweet -9s to take the top spots and Tim and Dan C. got the third spot! Congrats to the 5 CTP winners to delete the Ace fund. Stay tuned for a Friday evening League in April!! Also follow Painesville Disc Golf Club for Future events, The first being St Paddys work day 9 - Noon followed by a visit to a local Bar! ( there's 3 of us so far )

Rollie, Bruce, Gary and Brendon are in the mix for the Championship! CTP's will be Holes 3-8-13-and 16 this week, each will be worth 25 dollars unless an Ace is hit! League Champion will recieve a disc!

Next Week Finale!

Thanks to the 13 who came out today in Winter conditions! We just beat the rain! Congrats to Dave and Tim and Rollie and Bruce for amazing -11 rounds today! Larry and Don and Tex and Rick threw great -8's! We will have Four 25 dollar CTP's next week, unless someone hits the Ace. Bruce took the 20 dollar Ctp this week and Tex grabbed the merch one. Thank you all for your support of Painesville and me. We will be planning a few things throughout the year and will do a Summer League again ... more

Warmth

It was a nice day at The Pond! 13 showed! Rick F and Dan S shot a sweet -11 to grab 1st. Dave H and Bruce S took second and Don D and Kevin M got 3rd! Bob won the first 20 dollar ctp. and Dave got the reg. ctp! 20 dollar ctp again next week! along with the 100 dollar Ace fund.

Last 4 Weeks

For the last 4 weeks we will do a CTP for 20 dollars each week to run off excess and future ace fund! This way everyone will have a shot at some of the funds even if you can not make every week! The 100 dollar fund will remain in effect and if not hit will be thrown off on the last week! Thanks again for your support throughout the season! I will get last weeks scores posted this evening.

Thanks for the Eleven who showed up!! Remember Ice Bowl next week! Remember canned food! Congrats to Tim and Jason -4 and Rollie and Johnny with the same! Dan took the final point!! with a -3 cali!!!! Nice rounds guys in the 5 deg weather!! Hope to see you all next week at the Ice Bowl. No league next week I left that off schedule this year. Thanks for coming to The Pond! Congrats to Rollie and Drew for grabbing the first place money and points! Please check league schedule as a couple of changes have been made! We will NOT throw Christmas eve. and the Sunday after the Ice Bowl. League will run until Feb. this year! If an ace is hit first one will be 100 bucs. then whatever money has collected since then will be new Ace fund. ALL of this will be split and thrown off last week if none hit.

Thanks for coming out yesterday! We had 16! Mickey and Bill Perry shot a -9 to take first with Tim and Butch also shooting a -9 and taking 2nd in the throw off! Rollie and Johnny took 3rd! Due to the forcast for today of 100% rain and storms, the Sunday League is cancelled. Storms hitting early and the other line not far behind! If you must throw, please someone hang on to the Ace Fund and score cards, and you can distribute the whole 5 dollar entry to the winners. I do not want to start and have to stop play. I wanted to get this out early!! Plus I pulled my back and can barely walk.....lol.......

Gale Force Winds!!

Congrats to Bruce and Michael with a great 47 in Gale force and beyond winds! Kevin and Brendon not far behind with a 48 and Larry and Johnny beat Mickey and Dave in the throw off for 3rd each with 49's.

Disc Golfers! Sunday League for Sept. 17
Well, guess there is a Fish Fest in Painesville this weekend at Recreation Park, so Sunday League will be at Osborne Park in Willoughby this Sunday the 17th! 10 A.M. still 2 rounds of 9! I am moving nit because all the lake holes are probably gonna be un-playable!

Today starts the Winter league, 10 AM The Pond at Recreation Park in Painesville. 5 dollar entry and 1 dollar Ace fund. Ace will run until hit, this year we will roll half over to the Spring league if not hit!! New tee pads are in, come check the course out!!
