Nice old guy event on Sunday. Five of us geezer went out an huffed and puffed around Toboggan. Eddie was too tough to beat, but we all brought plenty of water and motrin. Thanks to the brave souls that came out. I had a blast.

Last call on if anyone is interested in playing the 3 day God's Country tournament. So far we only have 2 of us and 2 more can only play a round or two with us. 3 days of disc golf and camping all at no charge and with an awesome trophy up for grabs. Hey Alztimers. There was some discussion, last weekend at MAO, of getting an outing together and playing Toboggan. Looking at the tournament schedule, there seems to be a bit of a lull on the weekend of June 22/23. The few tournaments don't seem to have many of us signed up. I am sure we are not going to find a weekend day that everyone can make, but let me know your thoughts. If you have not played this bad boy, this might be a great time to do so. It should still be in good shape from US Ams.

I had to make a correction in the tag numbers. League coordinator had told me one set of scores, that turned out to be incorrect. I think I have it straightened out now.

On June 1-2, the Flint Town Flyerz will be hosting the Michigan Amateur Open at Hollywoods. There will be 2 rounds on Saturday followed by a players party with food, beer and a flymart. One round on Sunday with tee times and the MA50 and MA60 divisions will tee off first. Oh and there is a great players pack too. So far, there are 8 Alztimers signed up in the 2 divisions and there are still spots available. I am guessing these will fill very soon. Would love to see a few more of you out here. It will be a great time.

Good time throwing Holly yesterday. Eddie Ruiz showed up and I had the priveledge of throwing with him he recently beat Colon cancer and is getting back on top of his game, halfway through the round we were tied but I got some birds to finish with a 48 while he through a respectable 53.

Looks like Craig and I got paired up out of 16 people in a one versus one tournament we will be playing tomorrow at Midland coincidently it’ll also be for tags one and two in the Alztimers bag tag
Be prepared to play doubles at Deerfield Park, have a nice lunch, then play 2 fun 9's at Spruce Vista!
Everyone is encouraged to play Steve's awesome course carved out of a spruce forest. It puts a capital F in Fun course to play. I am working on a trophy, prizes, lunch, you guys know the routine. Lets have some fun!
