Final reminder! Season opener is April 4 at 9:00 am at The Pines in St. Charles. I hope this msg gets out to everyone. 2020 keeps calling us an inactive league for some reason. Games, prizes every hole, lunch, etc. and all at no cost. A special ctp prize will be up for grabs at the season end ONLY for those who come to both events. Hope to see everyone there and as always, keep em in the fairway!

Great day to wrap up the season, Thx for all your efforts to ensure a fun event!
Thanks Steve. My bad. Congrats to Jeff Mollering for becoming the 2019 - 2020 Mr. Alztimer award winner. I can't tell you how much work he does for us. And 42 Alztimers matches in one season! Most deserved!
Hats off to you Josh! Great time Saturday, and a great day for discin'! Special thanks for the noon spread Josh, and that killer pumpkin spice snack Jeff. Looking forward to next year.

Final reminder. The Alztimer's year end bash is Sat. Oct 19 at 8:00 am.
I think the Facebook page says 8:30. Is it 8 for sure? That's 30 minutes of much-needed beauty sleep I could get. :)
8:30 is tee off for the 4 person playoff for the season winner. Nothing is going on before that except maybe warm ups.

I am going to Marlette and Mill Creek tomorrow. Send me a text or call if anyone wants to ride with me and get some last minute course and matches in tomorrow.
Steve Nolff September 27, 2019 at 12:19pm
One last reminder.....lord knows, you old guys need reminding, Sun Oct 6th. We are meeting at the Marlette course at 10am. Last chance to bag this course before it permanently closes. Hope to see some of you out there.

Great weather tomorrow so my tag will be up for grabs if anyone wants to toss a few.
Josh, I'll be near Grayling on Thursday afternoon and Fri morning. Meet in Grayling or maybe East Jordan?
Steve Nolff September 12, 2019 at 10:38pm
Well the plan for Marlette is a 10AM tee off, Sunday Oct 6th. I have sent out a note to John Herman to make sure the course is still going to be open and we can get some carts, if you wish to do so. I will post more, as I hear.
Damon and I are planning on heading to Marlette at 10. I have to be back here by 3 ish for a family event at 4. Not sure if Mill Creek will fit into the plan but we'll see.

Arm is much better Jim! I have not played since States and decided to just give it a rest. I am going to test it a little on Saturday when we have our kids day out at Mott Park.

I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Swart for not only opening his course to us today but for all the work he did in getting it ready. Thanks also to Josh for bringing lunch, CTP's and the trophy, and thanks to Krazy Larry for joining us and making it fun. The rest of you missed out.
Steve Nolff September 7, 2019 at 1:46am
Hey gang. Dwayne Kay and I are heading to Marlette to play it before it closes. We are going to play Sat. Oct 6th. We might make a day of it and try to go out and play Mill Creek as well. Waiting on the green light from the owner of this course. Not quite sure of the times yet. Give me a hollar if you are interested in playing.

Any word from the owner regarding a green light to play? Do you have a starting time set? Thanks
Working on the details. Donny is not available for us to play on Sunday at Mill Creek. But, the primary goal was to get out and play Marlette before it permanently closes. I am working on a time. I will reach out and touch base with John at the Marlette course to make sure he can accommodate us.

Tomorrow is disc golf day. If anyone wants to put up tags let me know. I am willing to travel a bit.
I just notice the PDGA and local TD's are cancelling some tournaments due to the coronavirus. So keeping with that, if Brian cancels the WPD tournaments on April 4 and 5, we will cancel also. If they are a go, so are we as Alztimer's will hopefully warm me up for sunday at the WPD open.
