FEE Breakdown:
$110 = Players Pack/Membership
Guests ONLY:
$5 = Guests can scan the QR CODE on the billboard to play

Weekly fee breakdown = $1 ~ Ace Pool, $1 ~50/50 CTP, $3 Course/League maintenance
Players Pack value = $35-40
The Money from the Course & League Maintenance goes towards purchasing any excess players pack items, CTP's, gas for mowing, Divisional Payouts, Port-A-Potty...etc. Our Goal is to use all the money that comes in towards the League for this year. The more people we have the more money we have to purchase things for the league. If you have items that you'd like to donate to the league for CTP's then feel free, but it must be new/unused.

OFFICIAL LEAGUE Play: May 14 - Aug 13
May 14th we will be handing out Players Packs and playing for Bag Tags to start off the season!

TIMES: 8AM-6PM Flex Start
- Coordinate on the Band App to find a card.
- There must be at least 4 on a card to play during peak times and at least 2 of them must be members.

LEAGUE COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING ROUNDS
We are using the BAND app in order to schedule our rounds with each other in certain timeslots. CTP's and winners will be communicated in the App weekly. You'll want to sign up ASAP.

CHURCH RULES are that there is no Drinking OR Smoking or any kind on their property. This is private property and we need to abide by this!

Kids under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult unless a waiver is signed.

DIVISIONAL's & DOUBLES ROUNDS: Check-In by 5:15PM
April 16th = Shotgun Start (Pre-Season @5:30PM)
June 18th = 1st Divisional (@5:30PM)
June 26th = Random Doubles (@5:30PM)
Aug 6th = 2nd Divisional (@5:30PM)
Aug 13 = HiLo Dubs/League Party
- Everyone arrives by 5:15PM for players meeting,
- Members ONLY!
- If you paid the $110+ for league you are eligible for all League Events.
- Handicaps established & in play after 3 weeks. They are not used during Divisionals

DOUBLES
- Random Dubs with Handicaps the week after our first Divisional.
- HiLo Dubs will follow the second Divisional as our League Party.
- No Guests are allowed because handicaps will not be established for Guests.

BAG TAGS:
- We will hand these out at our Shotgun Start on April 17th. After that, any Late Sign Ups will get the lower numbers.
- Once you have a Bag tag, bring it with you weekly.
- You can challenge your card to play for tags and then exchange at the end of your round.
- Play with different people to get a higher tag.
- You will select your number on the Band App Post weekly so people know who has what number.
#1 = GOLD/ #2-10 = SILVER/ #11+ = A New Random Color every 10 spaces.

CTPs & LP's:
These will be put out around 8AM and holes will be posted in the Band App weekly along with the winners. They will be handed out the following week, or distributed at the next Divisional. It's your responsibility to get them.

ACE Pool:
Members are eligible for the full Ace Pool. Non-Members are currently NOT eligible for the Ace Pool. So if you play with a guest feel free to give them a dollar for their accomplishments if you so desire. If more than one Ace is made in a night then it will be split. It is accumulative each week so it will be worth more each week according to the number of players.

GUESTS must pay by scanning the QR CODE on the Billboard and following the instructions to pay. They are will be eligible for CTPs/LPs and a guest ace pool portion.

UDisc Digital Scoring

We are using UDisc to keep score. Please set your nickname in your udisc app profile as your full name to make scoring easier.
Find the league day, and check yourself in. One person will keep the scores on the app.
When finished, click FINALIZE score.

Please do this before starting your round
To get into our league on UDisc, follow these steps:
In UDisc, click on more,
then find UDisc Leagues,
then search for The Breakers,
then scroll down and click on "Join League" button.

For Scoring on League Day
Open UDisc
Click events at bottom center
Click The Breakers League appropriate day
Click CHECK IN. (Stop here unless you’re the one keeping the scorecard)
Scorekeeper will continue
Click CREATE SCORECARD
Click on players that will be on your card
Click CONFIRM PLAYERS
Click CREATE SCORECARD
Enter scores for each player on the hole
Swipe left to go to next hole, repeat
When finished, click FINISH ROUND
REVIEW if necessary
FINALIZE (you MUST do this last step or your score won’t count)
