Small 9 hole course. Here's my take:
#1 starts at Entrance to road near boxing center and maintenance shed, short for no reason, ~250', but gave up 200+ ft distance?.
#2 fires over a park bench and hyzer into a little alcove near some bushes left.
#3 is a straight shot with tennis courts right, and pavement long and left ~200'
#4 This hole is fun, Throw about 250-275' over biofilter/pond area at basket near hill edge on right. A good risk reward shot
#5 Straight out around 275-300' right edge of field
#6 Big walk out to throw out around tree line, or blast an anhyzer over cars and park goers to basket ~225-250'.
#7 Short hyzer around tree ~150-200', Tee pad is really close to #6 basket
#8 A good blind gentle hyzer over hill and down near tree. Short but tricky, I like this one. ~250'
#9 Blast straight through the trees and carve your own line (None is given), or Throw the big spike hyzer over pond and toilets/pump house to land in bounds, deep is the parking lot, ~250-300', Finish by parking lot.
Bark Chip tee pads, 4x4 PT as a stop, mounted with rebar and corner brackets
Baskets are Nice double chain DGA, Far better basket then I expected.
Mostly short holes 150-250', with the long holes about 275-300'.
Most shots favor hyzer, with hole 18 being a poke and hope good chance of hitting a car if you gun it.
Several baskets are close to park goers and parking. You need to be careful not to hit cars or anyone caught unaware.
I'm happy to see another course in, and someone went to a lot of work to make this happen. But this course could have sought out help in the design and flow to achieve a better outcome. This may not have been designed by someone who has experienced the perils of a poor design. Long walk to hole #1 or back to your car as the loop never reconnects on the course. Overall I was disappointed, I fear a layout like this could lend to conflicts between disc golfers, park goers, and park managers. Time will tell.
