The course was very well maintained with easy to follow signs to each tee pad. I never had to struggle to find the next pad. The c-tier tournament that I played was the Bill and Ted Go to Tyler and the layout was mixed tees. The shots are extremely technical on most of the holes with difficult fairways with a lot of OB. I believe that some of the creek should really play as casual considering that it isn't always full. We went right after the rain and there was only about 10" of water in some of the smaller creeks that they were considering OB.
I wouldn't recommend shooting this course for a sanctioned tournament, just because it's pretty easy to clip a couple of trees and hit so many water hazards. No 2 rounds would ever be the same on this course, as far as the routes taken goes.
The course is definitely tough enough without the OB creeks spiraling through most of the fairways, which ended up costing me 7 strokes by the end of the round.
The owner of the course came by and was a very nice guy looking for any suggestions on the course and has more ideas to make it even better. The course currently has 4 tee pads for every hole! Big plus in my book.

Great course. Well maintained. 4 different tee boxes for all different levels of players for each hole. East to follow course and sign everywhere. Love it. Favorite course in tyler. Great place to play if you wanna work on scramble game or play in wooded areas
